Yep, three Suby's a Porsche, and in a few months the sbc! Not great for my first run but not bad either....next year I hope to either stay this size and build six or seven (now that I'm working out the bugs on the jig, ordering some of the time consuming parts as opposed to hand building everything) or get some help.
I keep forgetting about the bike, the busa, the jig, molds, etc...that I don't have to build again so maybe that's not a bad goal.....
I DID get the Tangible 3 contract! So who knows what will happen
I love this stuff!!!

Nice pile of bones! Add some meat, arteries, and skin and she'll fill out nicely!

But she'll still be pretty small. What's the ground clearance on these again when complete? 4" or 5"? Hood height is probably still lower than that stool in the background.

The hood is very low on these little monsters!  16" at the leading edge as I recall.  When you drive you can look down the hood and see maybe 5-6 feet in front of the car.  Being mid engined you kind of feel like you are on the bow of a ship from a vantage point perspective.  It is great.

Also, ground clearance is designed as 4" at the front and 4.5" at the rear, but it can be adjusted with the shocks.

Finished the tunnel, the front pan/batt mounts and all the floor tabs yesterday!

Also got the plasma cut parts in Augie. I hope to have those in this week and finish the second roll bar and brace tubes.

OK, sorry for the delays, Between holidays and Birthdays not to mention this last batch of Fiberglass....SAD! Ive had to do a bit of body work on the rockers but just about done.
Chassis should be leaving Wed for the sandblaster. (I think it will be faster if I let someone else clean the spatter and stuff?
